Day 2 of..... a really long time.
Yesterday I blew it. I drank approx 3/4 cup of black coffee. It really did help me, but later that evening, I didn't have any, so I woke up late & feeling like a piece of trash. This might be harder than I had estimated. Hopefully, it will be worth it.

Keep it up Hannah. You'll stop feeling like trash soon....I think. :) I don't drink coffee and I don't feel like trash. Be encouraged!
