Amore Musica

Yesterday, I received my first album of Russell Watson: Amore Musica. I like Watson's operatic style so much, it reminds me that being cultured doesn't have to hurt. A really easy guy to listen to, he chose a beautiful selection of familiar, obsure, and original songs for this album.

Special thanks to Ridge for getting me hooked on this music.

I really like his music too, though I haven't heard much.

Hey Hannah, just thought I'd stop by and say thank you for your comment. I like those photos as well. . .I love reflection photos and am always excited when mine turn out so clear. . . they often don't. . . By the way your hair looks really cute the way you have it cut. . .it seems to suit you very well.

P.S. I like the illustrations you did for Ridge's joke as well. . .Very fun.

Yes, those pictures were really pretty. I thought your haircut was cute, too. I'm not sure if that's new, but I hadn't seen it yet!

he kinda looks like a young Bono from U2

But he certainly doesn't sound like Bono. Much nicer, higher taste, upper crust, ya know what I mean.

Thanks. . ..it was pretty recent and I'm having fun playing with it. . .gotta love layers for that reason ;D So is this artist kind of like josh groban type style? I've never listened to any of his stuff.

Well, I've never really been an "opera gal," but Watson's style is a a little more upbeat & modern, so I guess he could be somewhat like Josh Groban.

Okay I'll have to give him a try. . I'm not much for opera either, but I do like Josh Groban and a few select pieces from the phantom of the opera so yeah ;D
